Apartment Fitting Out at Skyloft+ BSD

Decorating a house doesn’t have to break the bank. This Project is a form of LOVE from Father to a Son, that are going to the university nearby. He wanted his sons to save time from commuting and focus on his study instead. He bought this apartment, hoping his son can stay here and also lent the rest of the rooms to his son’s friends

From the beginning, our client has set on the budget and wanted us to add on a little creativity to light up the apartment so have its own quirkiness. one of the ideas is to be clever with the wallpainting, creating a curved form as part of bedhead and add a little bit of Mauve colour.

We add necessary things on top of our lists such as wardrobes, sofa, TV Cabinet and Study Desk. See the tour of the apartment yourself!

Samara Suites, Gatot Subroto

Working and collaborating with Apartment Investor posed a different challenge when it comes to designing an apartment space for rental purposes. Often, the budget for renovation will depends of the return of the rental fee itself. The key point is “you want to design and spend reasonably for the maximum amount of return through rental fee projection”

When we designed the space, we focus on the ESSENTIAL list of things that rented apartment should have : Kitchen, Wardrobe, Sofa, Bed, Dining Table. And the rest of ADDITIONAL such as Study Nooks, Island Kitchen would compliment the actual essential list

Staycation at Tropical Modern Apartment

in this 3 bedroom apartment, we are challenged by our client who lives in Melbourne to create a design that focus on simplicity, casual and from bare condition. House interior design in Australia focus on natural lighting to make their homes more of a reflection of the natural colour and their laid-back culture are much reflected in open plan living area and having less features on both ceiling and wall.

the colours of furniture and home decor are natural colours and marble is a staple material that will be seen throught out all Australian homes.

American Classic Apartment style at Rainbow Springs Condovilla

Located in Serpong, this 2 Bedroom Condovilla, this apartment is adapting one of the most popular interior design style in Jakarta : American classic style. The client’s brief was for a transit apartment with a touch of feminity, embracing the spectacular garden view, a design that would draw the attention and feel the genuine feminine in addition into a harmonious whole.

The carefully curated interior responds to the strong architectural envelope, the transitions are so well considered that they are almost seamless. Framed profile form connections between adjacent spaces and make continuous transitions from room to room. The seamless interplay of texture, colour, form and materiality are woven through the interior creating sophisticated and timeless interior.

Scandinavian Interior untuk rumah tinggal

Rasanya ketika mendengar kata Scandinavian style untuk interior rumah tinggal, identik dengan salah satu brand Swedia yang namanya Ikea. Sebagai brand furniture, memang Ikea dirasakan mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri dari Scandinavian Interior Design, yaitu Simplicity dan Minimalis serta fokus pada Functionality (Fungsi) dari furniture itu sendiri.

Style ini sangat populer dan banyak di request oleh client kami, termasuk adalah Rumah Tinggal yang kami kerjakan untuk KOI Village dan Walnut Residence. Ciri khas dari Scandinavian Style ini sendiri adalah Warna khas kayu Birch / Pinus yang terkesan light (Nyaman) , bright (terang), clean (rapi) dan neutral (Netral). Dari sisi furniturenya sendiri, tidak banyak aksen dan terkesan minimalis. Semua furniture sesuai dengan fungsinya tanpa banyak embel embel tambahan seperti aksen klasik.

Scandinavian style adalah style interior yang paling mudah dipadu padankan dengan style interior lainnya seperti Industrial dan ketika di kombinasikan dapat menghasilkan kualitas interior yang lebih warm (hangat). Contohnya, di proyek KOI Village ini, kami menggabungkan aksen industrial seperti cat semen pada dinding dan menggabungkan material seperti rak besi di area dapur & ruang keluarga.

Apartment Renovation at Puri Gardenia residence

In one point of time, renovation is much needed to the old place for many reasons such as to return to its former glory, getting rid of previous owner’s vibes, maximizing property value or simply the old furniture does not really match the personality of new owner.

In remodeling this 2 BR apartment, we demolished the old kitchen and its drop ceilings, rebuild the wall panel and took out all the existing wallpaper. Since the apartment might be rented to someone else, we moved the bunk bed out of the apartment and built dual function furniture where the cabinet can be served as Vanity Table, Study Desk, Book shelves and Wardrobe

We are adopting Scandinavian Design with minimalist concept. We preserved the original ceilings, window and doors and keep the original mirror to magnify the effect of larger rooms

American Classic style for District 8 Apartment

This modern apartment is located in Eternity Tower, Level 60th and inspired by the american country classic home, but adapted to contemporary modern living . Cream and white, light colors relaxing to the eyes, were used in unique combination with a different color in each room, creating charm and interest with wood, gray and gold for glamour touch.

Wall panel that was installed has been a consistently a main feature of this american classic style. As you go to each room, you will feel its luxury, modernity and classic sense of living

The interior decor doesn’t clearly indicate any particular style, but retains a classic foundation, or better said, a hint of American classic, reducing decorative elements for a more elegant presence, yet still warm and inviting

OnePark Avenue, Gandaria (3BR Apartment)

When we designed the space, we always tried to accommodate the request of the owner. This time, the owners wanted a ‘sanctuary’ place. A place for short getaway on a weekend from their usual busy scheduled. However, its a place that are still close to heart and convenient. The highlight of the space is the Kids room, where we built the castle the Daughter always wanted. With storage under the stairs, perfect to store all the toys, at the same time, have bigger space to put sofa under the stairs for the mother to watch her kids

Peaceful and simplicity surrounds the modest design of this simple apartment. Aiming to have Japanese design feeling, this apartment design is aiming at simple and practical furniture and we utilize the small space to fit in the necessary equipment, which sometimes takes space especially in the kitchen. Built in electrical stove (instead of gas), washing machine with dryer, dispenser as Bar Table leg structures. Also, Vanity table that are combined with TV Cabinet is one way to save space

Ciputra World Apartment - Orchard Tower

Located near CBD Kuningan, the owner wanted to rent the space to young families with a touch of hospitality. Inspired by FourSeasons hotel room, we designed the space to reflect the client's taste of modern Parisian room. With a touch of classic sofa and combined with white wall panels, you will be blown away and direct your attention to the 3 wall panels near dining area to create romantic feelings with flowery wallpaper.
